Returns and Refunds

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt or gift receipt and packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Exchange Restrictions:

  • In the interest of hygiene, face masks, earrings, hair accessories and insoles may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale and gift card are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Purchases made via Klarna, Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
